There is no treatment which can relieve you of your present difficulties while you eat and drink as you do. You can do that for yourselves which the most experienced physician can never do. Regulate your diet. In order to gratify the taste, you frequently place a severe tax upon your digestive organs by receiving into the stomach food which is not the most healthful, and at times in immoderate quantities. Intestinal formula #2
This cleansing and soothing formula is to be used periodically in conjunction with Colon Cleanse intestinal formula #1. It is a strong purifier and intestinal vacuum. This formula will draw old fecal matter off the walls of your colon and out of any bowel pockets. It will also draw out poisons, toxins, heavy metals such as mercury and lead, and even remove radioactive material such as strontium 90. This formula will also remove over 3,000 known drug residues. Its natural mucilaginous properties will soften old hardened fecal matter for easy removal and also make it an excellent remedy for any inflammation in the stomach and intestines. Contra-indications: Do not use during pregnancy without the guidance of a health care professional.

(Read WARNING below before taking Colon Cleanse #2. Use only according to these instructions.) Take Colon Cleanse #2 5-times each day beginning in the morning for 5-7 days, consuming the entire container of the powdered formula during this period. One-hour after your morning nutritional drink (LifeForce), mix 1-heaping teaspoon of Colon Cleanse #2 powder with 8 ounces of diluted juice or distilled water. (It mixes best if you shake it in a small jar.) NOTE: If you are on a juice Fast or cleansing/detox program and are not eating meals, take Colon Cleanse #2 5-times each day for 5-7 days beginning in the morning one-hour after your LifeForce green drink, and thereafter, take Colon Cleanse #2 approximately every 2-1/2 hours, in between your carrot juice. In the early evening, with a large glass of carrot juice, take your Colon Cleanse intestinal formula #1 as usual but increase your regular dosage by 1 additional pill, or more if necessary to maintain sufficient bowel movements. It is helpful to drink at least 8-ounces of water after each dose of Colon Cleanse #2.
WARNING: Before using Colon Cleanse #2 - One week prior to starting Colon Cleanse #2, begin taking Colon Cleanse intestinal formula #1 (according to the directions) until you are consistently having one soft or loose bowel movement for each meal consumed daily (2-4 movements each day). During this time prepare your digestive system by simplifying your diet—eating more fresh fruits and salads and less (or no) meat, fried foods, cheese and milk, sweets, processed foods, white breads, etc. Also, drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
